- Browse through our selection of plans to find one that closest matches your needs. Call toll-free 877-71-PLANS (877-717-5267), option 2 to speak directly with a customized home plan designer. Let them know the plan ID and the desired changes. Be as specific as you can, and be sure to ask for help if you need assistance with what is possible.

- Get your quote
- You will receive a quote within 24 hours, along with a simple contact and payment form. Simply fax or email it back to give us the green light on your project.

- Review your custom plan
- Your customized home plans will be ready for review typically within 2-3 business days, not weeks like other mass-market plan shops. If you're not satisfied, call us and we'll make the adjustments. We're not happy until you're happy!
Build a custom home
Whether you're building a custom home for yourself, or you're a contractor looking for attractive, yet efficient to build plans, we can help! Have your Plans2Build plan customized by our resident degreed Structural Design Engineer, Rob Clemens. Our design team designs homes with conventional construction or with the latest technologies like Structural Insulated Panels (SIP's) and other energy-saving design techniques. In fact, we've been doing longer than most other home design companies.
Plans2Build has designed over 12,000 homes, including all the homes found on Plans2Build.com, using state-of-the-art CAD technology, which offers accurate results at a cost less than a tenth of what architects charge. NEVER more than 50 cents/square foot, sometimes down to 25 cents/square foot for FULL CUSTOM design.

How much does it cost?
Here are some particular customizations and an estimated additional cost:
