Plans2Build print sets are high-quality laser originals and include everything you need to build your home. Each set contains a cover sheet with a plan overview, and one sheet each for detailed elevations, floorplan(s), roof plan, foundation, and joist plans, and applicable addendum/detail pages, all professionally bound. Plan sizes are 24" x 36" (C size) or 36" x 48" (D size).

Plan sets are offered in 1, 3, 5, 8 or 10 sets, depending on your needs. Typically, five or more plan sets are required for construction. One plan set is adequate for a "review set".

The number of sets you need can be estimated on the following:

- Electrical Contractor (1 suggested)

If you find you need more sets, you can always have more printed off the PDF files you purchased.

3. 3. Your customized home plans will be ready for review typically within 2-3 business days, not weeks like other mass-market plan shops. If you're not satisfied, call us and we'll make the adjustments. We're not happy until you're happy!
